The sagas tell us how Sei∂r has been used for divination, healing and creating change. We will explore for ourselves how sei∂r can inspire us now and how this ancient practice can be integrated into our 21st century lives.
On this day of exploring sei∂r we will not be teaching sei∂r but offering a space for deepening and developing therefore experience of working with the staff and the song is necessary to attend this day.
We will be deepening our connection with the staff and the song through journeying for ourselves and others, in ceremony and working in nature.
